Kyree Flemming, founder of Apollo's Lab
About the Founder

Hi, I'm Kyree Flemming

I grew up moving around California before settling in Napa in 2017. I've spent my career since then in e-commerce, websites, and the systems that keep a business running behind the scenes — first at an embroidery and apparel company, and eventually as their e-commerce project manager.

Along the way, I started building clothing websites on the side. That turned into a real interest in web design, IT, and software — and eventually, into Apollo's Lab.

Why Apollo's Lab Exists

I spent years watching small businesses — the ones I worked with directly and the ones I built websites for on the side — lose leads to nothing more than a missed call or a form that went unanswered for three days. Not because they weren't good at what they did, but because nobody had built the system to catch those moments.

At the same time, I was learning that side of the business myself: how websites actually convert, how CRMs work, what automation can and can't replace. Apollo's Lab is what happens when that experience turns into something I could offer other business owners directly — a real system, built right the first time, instead of a patchwork of tools nobody has time to manage.

It's also the first time I've built something entirely my own. That matters to me — not just as a business, but as proof that starting where you are, with what you know, is enough to build something real.

The Path Here

2017

Moved to Napa

After growing up throughout California, settled in Napa and joined an embroidery, screenprint, and vinyl company.

2018–2026

Grew Into E-Commerce & IT

Started building clothing websites on the side while taking on more of the technical and operational side of the business — eventually stepping into the e-commerce project manager role.

2026

Founded Apollo's Lab

Turned years of hands-on website, CRM, and automation experience into a business built to help other small service businesses run the same way.

Built to Last, Not Just to Launch

I'd rather build something that holds up for years than something that looks good for a launch and falls apart six months in. That's true of the systems I build for clients, and it's true of how I'm building this business.

"Each one should build with care." — 1 Corinthians 3:10

Let's Build Something Together

If you're ready to stop losing leads to a system that isn't there yet, let's talk.
